If a PWR UP Brand product fails for any reason due to normal use, we will either:

Offer prepaid shipment in order to repair or replace the product.
Send a replacement product without shipping product back.

And, a quick disclaimer.

Please note that the PWR UP guarantee is valid ONLY on orders made on pwrupproducts.com, no other marketplace orders (i.e. Amazon) are eligible for this guarantee. We reserve the right to refuse replacement on orders that are damaged due to negligence (liquid spills, drops, etc.). Once replaced, items on requested order will not be eligible for subsequent claims following 365 days. In the event that TBAC Enterprises LLC (owner of PWR UP Products) ceases to exist via closure of business, bankruptcy, etc., all warranty obligations will no longer be required to be fulfilled.
